3. Estimates Are Estimates
Savings figures shown on this site are modeled estimates derived from public assessment data and comparable sales. They are not a prediction or promise of the amount any Value Adjustment Board will grant, and your actual result may be zero.
4. Fees & Refunds
Fees are disclosed at checkout. All charges are processed via Stripe. Because deliverables are digital and customized, refunds are granted only if no report has been generated within 14 days of payment.
5. Filing Is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for filing your petition with your county Value Adjustment Board before the statutory deadline (25 days from the date on your TRIM Notice) and for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
