Talk to us
One address, read by a person. Write to us before you buy, after you buy, or instead of buying — questions about whether an appeal is worth filing on your property are exactly what this address is for.
That is the same address our replies come from, so adding it to your contacts keeps our answer out of your spam folder.
Phone
This line is inbound-only: we do not store your number and we cannot call you back, so leave your email in the voicemail if you want a reply. For anything that needs a written record, email is still faster.
What happens when you write
- A person reads it. There is no ticket robot and no chatbot in front of us.
- We answer in the language you wrote in — English, Spanish or Portuguese.
- We can tell you what the public assessment roll says about your county and how the Value Adjustment Board process works. We cannot give legal or tax advice: Home Tax Ally is not a law firm.
- We will tell you when an appeal is not worth filing on your property. That answer is free and it happens.
What to include so the first reply is useful
- The property address, and the county it is in.
- Your parcel or folio number, if you have it — it is printed on your TRIM Notice and on your county Property Appraiser record.
- Whether you already received this year’s TRIM Notice, and the date printed on it. Florida gives you 25 days from that date to petition the Value Adjustment Board.
- Whether the property has a homestead exemption.
Refunds, in plain language
You pay $199 up front and we prepare a report and evidence packet for your parcel. If we have not generated that report within 14 days of your payment, write to us and we refund you in full. Once the report exists, the fee is not refundable — it is custom digital work on your specific parcel, and it is yours to keep and to file with. We never promise an outcome: the Value Adjustment Board decides, and some appeals result in no change at all.
The clause this restates, word for word:
Fees are disclosed at checkout. All charges are processed via Stripe. Because deliverables are digital and customized, refunds are granted only if no report has been generated within 14 days of payment.Read the full Terms of Service →
Who we are
Two people, not a call centre. Home Tax Ally was built by a Florida-focused property analyst and a software engineer who got tired of watching homeowners either overpay their property tax or hand a third of their savings to a contingency firm for work that is mostly evidence-gathering. We are new, and we would rather say that plainly than pad this page with testimonials we have not earned.
What we are trying to do
- Charge a flat $199, so what you pay does not grow with what you save.
- Show our work: every figure in your packet traces to the public county assessment roll, and we name the source.
- Say no when the answer is no. If your parcel is not a good appeal candidate — or a contingency firm would cost you less — we tell you that instead of selling you a report.
- Never promise an outcome. The Value Adjustment Board decides. We prepare evidence; you file the petition.
And what we still do not have
No customer reviews and no testimonials. We are new enough that any we showed you would be either borrowed or invented, and you should be suspicious of a young company displaying either. What we can offer instead is checkable: every number in our reports traces to the public county assessment roll, our price is on the pricing page with the cases where you should hire somebody else, and the company paying for this site is named above.
Who you are actually paying
Home Tax Ally is a service of Arthur Kitchen Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. That is the company behind this site, the one that holds the payment account, and the one accountable for the work.

What this charge looks like on your card
Your card statement will show ARTHUR KITCHEN, not Home Tax Ally. Same company, different name — Arthur Kitchen Holdings LLC is the legal entity and Home Tax Ally is the service. We are telling you now so you are not surprised by a line you do not recognise later. If you see that charge and cannot place it, write to us before disputing it with your bank; we answer, and we can refund faster than a dispute can.
